This building is very quiet despite it’s main street location and a great place to work from.

The Area
Waterloo is in South Bank, a superb area with iconic attractions including the London Eye, Sea Life London Aquarium and The London Dungeon. There’s always plenty to do, thanks to its impressive cultural offerings, including the Southbank Centre which puts on exhibitions and activities throughout the year. It’s located between Westminster Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge, making it a delightful place to take a stroll especially if the sun is shining.
Many South Bank eateries offer guests phenomenal views of the river. There’s an endless list to choose from, whether you’re looking for fine dining, a quick bite before the theatre or a quintessential afternoon tea. If you enjoy street food, be sure to stop by the Southbank Centre Food Market at the weekend.
